After a decade of representing clients through contested divorce litigation and employment discrimination cases, Attorney Mary Lewis Turner has witnessed the extraordinary expense and damage contested litigation causes to families both financially and emotionally. Mary started Lewis Legal Solutions to offer individuals and families a healthier option when it comes to ending a marriage.
Mary’s clients appreciate her solution-oriented approach to reducing and resolving conflict. In some cases, litigation is necessary, but it is not your only option. Mary believes that you deserve to know your rights and the options available to you at every step of your case. She will work closely with you to understand the details of your situation and prepare a plan for going forward. Mary works diligently to ensure you have the legal advice and information necessary to make informed decisions about your case.
Mary has been practicing family law, mediation, employment law, and estate planning since 2011. She has specialized family and divorce mediation training and has been appointed by the Delaware County Domestic Court to mediate divorce and child custody cases. Mary is also a collaborative divorce attorney and an active member of the Central Ohio Academy of Collaborative Divorce Professionals.

Retainer fees vary depending on the complexity of the case.
Most estate planning is handled on a flat fee basis. All other cases are handled with an hourly rate and retainer.
