Since founding Riddell Law, I have had the opportunity to represent clients charged with misdemeanor, traffic and felony offenses, including OVI, felony theft, forgery, breaking and entering, assault, receiving stolen property, among other charges, throughout Central Ohio. I have experience representing clients in jury trials, bench trials and motion hearings, and have regular interaction with prosecutors, police officers and other court officials in courthouses throughout central Ohio, including Mayor’s courts throughout Columbus and surrounding areas.
Being arrested or charged with a crime can be a frightening experience. When you are facing criminal charges, I am available to take your case quickly and confidently. I work personally on every aspect of my clients' cases and am willing to work tirelessly to make ensure that all of my clients obtain the best resolution possible in their individual case.
I am an avid college football fan and enjoy attending and watching games throughout the Fall. I also enjoy playing golf, tennis, softball and other outdoor sports.
I am a volunteer lecturer at both the Second Chance Counseling Driver Intervention Program and at the Crossroads Recovery Services’ Driver Intervention Program.

Our firm's practice focuses primarily on defense of clients facing DUI, traffic and criminal charges in Columbus and surrounding counties. We regularly practice in county municipal courts as well as mayor's courts throughout the Greater Columbus area.
If you have been charged with a DUI (OVI), criminal misdemeanor or traffic citation in the Greater Columbus area, our attorneys are available around the clock to discuss your charge. At your initial consultation, you will meet with Mr. Riddell personally about your case. At that meeting, we will review the facts of your case and explore potential defenses as well as strategies for obtaining driving privileges, avoiding points, avoiding jailtime and other strategic issues.
If you decide to hire us as your attorney, we will help you through the criminal process, providing proactive advice along the way. Our goal in each case is to find the best outcome given the facts of the case that will have the least effect on our client's employment status and family life.
